I was born and raised in Brazil as the youngest daughter in a family of ten children. Growing up in a large family taught me that wealth is not measured by money, but by love, unity, sacrifice, and resilience. We did not have much, but our home was rich in laughter, faith, and hope. From an early age, I learned that dreams require courage and that perseverance is built in the quiet moments of sacrifice.

In Brazil, access to higher education is still a challenge for many young people. Without technology and often without resources, I relied on determination, discipline, and an unshakable belief that education would change my life. Through hard work and countless sacrifices, I achieved what once felt impossible: I earned my university degree. That accomplishment was not only mine—it belonged to my family, who taught me the value of persistence and the power of believing in something greater than your circumstances.

Coming to the United States was the most transformative decision of my life. This nation opened its doors to me and gave me more than opportunity—it gave me dignity, growth, and the freedom to pursue happiness without limits. I chose not only to live here, but to honor this country by contributing, by working hard, and by striving to become the best version of myself.

I carry deep gratitude in my heart for every person who encouraged me, supported me, and believed in me when the path felt uncertain. Their faith became my strength. Their generosity became my foundation. And their love became the fuel that continues to move me forward.
