·         Consecutive Interpreter: $85/hr PA    -   $100/hr out State

.         Half Day Interpreter 6hrs   -  $720 PA -  1,080 out State

.         Travel Fees - 0.62/mile PA - 0.78/mile out State

·         Translation Services - $45/document page

·         Translation Express - $60/document page

.         Business Email Translator - from $35 to $50 per email.

In PA, Interpreter Services must be a minimum 2hrs of service with a 50% deposit. RC advise you to reserve many days/weeks in advance. If the service is less than 5 miles radius RC can be flexible with you and disregard the traveling fee.

 

“Express Interpreter” is an Interpreter Service booked and paid less than 72hrs in advance from the date and time of the service.

 

Translation Services – Delivery by email is free. It can take about 7 to 10 business days.  “Express Translation” is the same day service - Delivery in 24hrs by email only, from the time that the payment was received. Note: Large quantity of documents will not apply on Express Translation.

 

Standard mail can range from $5.00. Notarization (optional) can range from $10.00/document.

Your document will be described in one Certificate of Accuracy. If you need to have a Certification of Accuracy per document, it will cost an extra fee.  

 

After RC receives the document and the client decides how would like to receive it, RC will let the requester know the total amount after taxes to be paid. RC will start working on the documents once the payment is processed. If there are too many pages, your service might take a little longer to deliver. The client is responsible revise the document before the notarization. RC does not refund Translator Services.

 

Once the payment is processed the client understands and agrees with the amount and policy of RC Interpreter and Translator Services.

*Please read “ Policy of Interpreter Guidelines”:

1) When hired at an hourly rate, interpreters are entitled to no less than a two-hour minimum guaranteed compensation per assignment. 

2) Interpreter who receives at the minimum seventy-two-hour advance notice of cancellation would not be entitled to a cancellation fee.  If cancellation occurs with less than seventy-two hours’ notice and before the interpreter starts traveling to the assignment from their normal business location, the cancellation fee should be equivalent to one-hour compensation.  If cancellation occurs after the interpreter starts traveling to, or appears for an assignment, the cancellation fee should be the equivalent of two hours' pay based on classification, regardless of whether the interpreter was hired at an hourly, half-day, or full-day rate, and without regard to the number of cases for which the interpreter was hired.  Interpreters will be entitled to reimbursement of any incurred expenses.

3) Interpreters are also entitled to reimbursement of mileage, parking, tolls, and travel time. The mileage would be paid at the prevailing rate in the county or court whenever the interpreter has to travel more the fifty miles round trip to an assignment.  Parking allowances would be paid when no free parking exists within a five-block radius of the assignment location.  

4)When travel to an assignment is more than two hours one way from the interpreter’s normal business address or location, the interpreter can request compensation for travel time at half the minimum hourly compensation rate for his/her classification.  If travel by train or plane is required, the interpreter should be entitled to full reimbursement of travel costs and a per diem. 

5) If overnight accommodations are required for the completion of an assignment, these expenses would also be reimbursable to the interpreter. 

6) All requests for reimbursement must be accompanied by proper receipts.

7) If for some unexpected reason, the interpreter needs to cancel, another interpreter will be referred to you. And if the referred interpreter can't serve, no charges will be requested and the deposit can be refunded.

*Rates might increase accordingly with the Federal/State Interpreter Guidelines.
